This TV is so slow to load apps. And shows constantly glitch regardless of app. I’ve never had this issue before with another TV. This might not be a big deal to some but the buttons on the remote are weirdly loud when you press them and there is way too many steps to get to the sleep timer. I regret not getting a Roku again.

The Google TV operating system does offer much customization, I hate the Home Screen. Disliked it almost enough to return the TV, but after hours of dialing in, the picture is beautiful now. Im getting used to Google and will give it a chance. Great price, lightweight, Fast Processor, but terrible sound. I guess I'm still checking it out.

I bought a 2024 25-in. I think the picture is awesome. It was very easy to set up but I think the sound could be a little better. I'm probably going to be buying a soundbar for it. Overall, I think it's a great buy

I feel as though it's a good value tv, but the Google TV is is very slow if you try making any quick moves with it. It also doesn't save some of my settings for some random reason. The audio is hot garbage also. Like I really can't understand how some reviews claim it sounds good. My phone genuinely sounds better. Everything else is fine though, works as expected, looks good, no real complaints other than those two. Google TV can improve with updates and a soundbar will fix the audio.

The TV itself is fine. It looks decent, though with very noticeable light bleed around the edges when the screen is displaying brighter colors. However, when several pixels burnt out on the screen while under warranty, Hisense refused to honor the warranty after only 6 months of ownership, stating that 1-4 dead pixels (which is incorrect as there are more than that) is "not a panel defect" . I am now stuck with a nearly $400 TV with noticeable black dead pixels, which is frustrating.
