Compre un segundo edredón, en color naranja, porque el primer lo llevé a la lavandería y me lo dejaron muy feo, ya no tenía ese acolchado como venia inicialmente cuando lo compré, de ahí que compré otro porque de verdad me gusto, color, calidad y precio y para mi sorpresa ya no venía acolchado como el primero. Así ya no me gustó, se ve muy plano y delgado

Ordered King size Coral (more like a soft rusty orange) for a double bed as wanted it to completely cover the bed without using a bottom skirt. The colour is beautiful, it's light weight, puffy, soft as silk, cuddly and incredibly warm (especially for Cdn winters). I can see it being an all season comforter if you have air conditioning as well. I'm in my late 70's and it's the nicest one I've ever without paying an arm and a leg! And certainly works for seniors in not being too heavy, yet feeling very warm and insulated all over. A smaller one would be ideal for seniors who lack mobility, are sitting most of the time or in a wheelchair in keeping them feeling warm. The baffles keep the insides from lumping or shifting as well. Highly recommended!

The Superior All-season Comforter was liked for its slim smaller size, light weight, cool fill, plain box stitch, good price, and nice plain astec blue color. The descriptions, pictures and soft smooth cozy quality feel were all very accurate. However, the blue was a very bright color that did not match present blue/teal/beige/coral bed set coverings. Did not use it. Reordered the camel color. Exactly as pictured. One got transit damage and other delivered very quick in larger stronger box. Comforter is very suitable, very light weight, after one week try. For some reason the corners are showing brown dot scratch marks and cover is only folding over the mattress bed. Strange for now.Update after 30 days:Comforter is made of micro-cotton and it has had a slight uncomfortable static-cling to the body buff skin since beginning. Washed once in cold water and little liquid softener, but still same cling. Micro cotton tends to do that once before on me. Will never buy any product again with that fabric. Return window closed.Also Brown dots washed out likely due to water steamer to get the fabric crinkles out. Manufacturing crinkles do not come out with gentle wash and dry machine. Seems only steam will do it but must be clean steam. Comforter is still very light, warmth and breathable, but could be heavier. Also a-lot of loose threads on the single needle stitching unraveled and needed to be trimmed off. Item works for now. Would not repurchase again.

El producto resultó muy bien, es suave y ligero. Adecuado para clima templado. La única desventaja es que algunos hilos de las costuras comienzan a deshilarse

Me gusto mucho, no es pesado. Pero si da calor! Es muy suave y de tamaño ideal. No queda colgando ni está muy pequeño! Lo compraría de nuevo en otro color

Me gustó su suavidad y ligereza pero no se pasa frío. Lo pedí negro y tiene buen color. Lo único es que puede estar un poco más chico que otras marcas son embargo bien tendido no se nota mucho.

Cuando mi esposa me mandó la foto pensé que había comprado algo de plástico, pero me equivoqué. La foto no le hace justicia. Al tacto es muy suave, agradable. No es lustrosa como aparenta sino mate, se ve la tela y el tejido. Lo lavamos en lavasecadora sin problema. Parece muy delgada pero realmente no lo es, es suficiente para el calor de primaveras y verano, solo una sábana y la colcha. Nos gustó mucho.

So I needed to find a new comforter for my Cal King bed, since my last comforter got stained by my little chihuahua, who has made it a habit to jump onto my bed when I'm sleeping to make himself comfortable at night. My last comforter needed to be washed at a laundromat with large capacity washers since it was so bulky. So I went in search of comforter that could be washed and dried at home = low maintenance. Based on the ratings, I ordered this comforter in a King (trying to see if it would give more side coverage since King beds are wider than Cal King beds). I also liked the box stitch style so the filling would stay put. This comforter has exceeded all my expectations. First, it fits in my washer & dryer easily. Second, it is SO light! It barely feels like anything is on me at night, yet it keeps me very warm. Third, even though the color is supposed to be Silver, the lighting in my room makes it appear to be a dark lilac, which is actually nice, lol! Fourth, after washing & drying this comforter, IT LOOKS BRAND NEW! There was NO shifting in the filling/padding and it looks great. I bought a different brand of down alternative comforter from Macy's at the same time, for a full size bed...same design...except I could barely fit it in my washer/dryer and it came out lumpy!! Even with a box stitch design, the padding still shifted or folded up inside some of the boxes! So I had a great opportunity to compare this comforter from Amazon with a pricier comforter from Macy's.....and I returned the one from Macy's! I will eventually replace all my comforters with this Superior Classic Down Alternative Comforter for winter time. I am highly satisfied with this purchase!

Muy bue edredón, prácticamente es todo lo que uso para dormir, es caliente pero no demasiado en épocas donde hace mucho calor.Ed casi perfecto, el único pero es que las costuras se han levantado pero si eres cuidadoso y no tienes mascotas como en mi caso entonces es sin duda perfecto.Y otro problema algo "grave" es que el tamaño Queen no cubre una cama matrimonial, necesitas pedir el King.

Let me tell you about this here down comforter. The 5 star reviews are accurate. I got alternative down because I was tired of tossing and turning in my 100% polyester comforter (it is summer and I burn under it when it's hot, and I freeze under it when it's cold... completely worthless insulator). While the material on the outside is polyester microfiber as well, it's light weight. The down inside of it makes it lay over you like a soft baby's blanket. It's thin enough so that I'm not burning up in these summer nights anymore, but I'm also kept warm and cozy; it's a weird paradox but I guess that's the magic of down. When you receive it, it will seem thin but once you lay it over you, it is heaven. You'll cozy up under it and sleep so much better. I'll never buy any other comforter; alternative down has always managed to impress me in the past. I was silly to get a comforter that wasn't down! So happy I bought this particular brand and color (silver)! It would be unnecessary to invest any more money when this is perfect, in my opinion, for what I was wanting.

Just unboxed my comforter after receiving it today. Some reviews mentioned a smell, mine doesn't seem to have an "off" smell, other than the typical "new" smell you would get from any piece of fresh fabric. It's not the thickest/plushest blanket out there as some reviews suggest, but the cover material is fairly soft and the filling is pretty poofy. I laid under it for about 5 minutes and I can immediately tell it will be plenty warm for my needs going into a Michigan winter, and probably cool enough for summer time. I see some hanging threads that is typical of a cheaper product, and noticed the pockets are not sown all the way to the outer border which may or may not be an indicator of poor longevity/durability. Time will tell. I got the "full/queen" size and it fits my queen bed nicely, although in hindsight I should have ordered the king merely because I like a larger blanket. This one is great out of the box, and for the price I would like to see someone offer a better option for a down/alternative because I kinda doubt it can be done. I will update this review in a few months of use. Until then, I'm plenty happy with my purchase and am excited for bed tonight!Update!After using this blanket for over a year it's held up nicely and keeps my girlfriend and I warm at night. It's seen several washes, been tossed around carelessly and even took a few trips out camping with us. We still use it every night!
