Works well, so simple to set up. liked it so much that I purchased another two more. Delivery was on time, perhaps a day early. Great service, great product.

I bought four of these for communication in my house, this saves A LOT of yelling to find people and saves time for sure. You can change the ring tones and the voice over these units is clear.

I quite enjoy the intercom. It works well and the voice is clear in transmission.I bought this as an upstairs downstairs intercom so that I don’t have to yell at my kids. I wish we could just talk without calling first. It would be nice to just push a button and say “kids come down for dinner” instead of ringing them. It makes it a bit more time taking and it’s almost easier to just walk to the stairs and yell up. But hence, trying to stop the yelling.Overall a great product that does what it advertises

Clumsier and more time-consuming than using the cell phone. I thought I could push a button and have my voice go out into the separate areas of coverage, but no - someone has to answer first. No utility for us; there's just two of us in a big rambling house, and we never know where we are. We're too old to go shouting after each other whenever there's a call or a package. These things work well - but they're more trouble than using the cell phone.

I bought these intercoms as my elderly parents had just moved into a larger house. My dad has limited mobility, and my mom was worried about being too far away from him in the house. We just set these up last week, and they are exactly what we needed in this situation. Using the intercoms is as simple as could be - you just hit the group call button, it rings the rest of the intercoms, and then from any of the other intercoms you can answer the call and start a conversation. It's clear when a call is active, and also really simple to end a call. My measure is really whether my elderly mom can learn how to do it, and she absolutely did.The intercoms also allow for a bit more complex functionality, like setting them on different channels and allowing 1:1 calls between intercoms. We don't need that for our use case, so I don't know how easy it is to set up. But for what we needed, these were perfect - easy to set up and learn, reliable, and the audio came through very clearly.
