No hay artículos en el carroThe HPE Smart storage battery is a lithium-ion, low-halogen centralized backup source and is required to backup the write cache content onto flash memory on the HPE Smart Array Gen10 and Gen9 performance RAID (P-class) controllers in case of an unplanned server power loss. The battery is also the backup power source for HPE NVDIMMS and allows any data in flight on the DRAM to be moved to the non-volatile NAND flash. Only one battery is required per server as it can support multiple devices.

This battery worked perfectly right at the first try for my HPE server DL 360 Gen 9.

Installed on a HP DL380 G9. There is a "how to" on youtube but Amazon would not let me post the link.

It is an expensive BIOS battery, but that is normal for an HPE products or parts. The tradeoff is that it is HPE. That means you know it will work properly.

Awesome, exactly as described. Brand new in manufacturer box. No problems whatsoever. PnP hardware, worked on first try. Now I can use the cache on my P840 RAID card. Thank you so much!
