OK this item is a 10 out of 10 it gives you so much left and can be worn a swimsuit or with tank tops any kind top honestly, it gives you that sense of a push-up that you need and it honestly in my opinion, it sizes up at least two sizes inside your bra so if you don’t have a very big rack so to speak, this is gonna give it to you. I use these in a Victoria’s secret bra that is the two time push-up and wow it does not disappoint ladies

I had radiation after breast cancer on one breast only. This caused it to shrink a full cup size. I use this on the one breast to even them up. Sounds like

Es muy duro y en el medio trae una bola muy extraña que se hace ver muy feo. Se ve mucho abajo de la ropa , realmente su forma deja mucho que mejorar no lo recomendó para nada

I read all the reviews before buying, and I'm glad I did! I ordered another (cheaper) pair from another seller, but they were much smaller. For reference, I wear a size 38B usually (I’m wide around the back and small in front) I really love the lift and cleavage that these inserts provide! I'm using them in my sports bras which I wear every day because they're so comfortable, but they tend to flatten my breasts. I insert these babies and voila! Just the amount of oomph I need!😉
