I ordered this 50 Pack White Stationery Set with Gold Border, #10 Business Envelopes and 8.5x11 Paper Sheets and Stickers for Writing Letters (White) for my correspondence; I’m kind of old school, and enjoy writing letters.I like writing with a pen on paper; it’s satisfying to me in a way that e mail will never capture. I have a box full of letters I’ve saved over the years; some of the authors are gone now, and it’s lovely to revisit their handwritten messages to me. I write responses to letters from my readers (I’m an author), I write letters to distant family, I write love letters to my husband.I like the slightly over the top aesthetic of this gold edged stationery; I write fairy tale fantasy series under different pen names, so the golden edging and faux “wax” seal stickers fit nicely with the magical and royal aesthetic of my books. I love good stationery, but it’s so expensive! This set is a great deal at the current price ($18.99); I received fifty sheets of paper with matching envelopes and stickers.I was very pleased to find stationery without “Thank You” emblazoned on the front; my grandmother was a stickler for etiquette, and found those tacky. It’s hard to find a plain notecard without “Thank You” on the front. I was delighted to find these full sized, 8 1/2” x 11” pages; lots of room to write.This did work in the printer, though I prefer writing letters by hand. I like the gilded edging on both letter sheets and envelopes. I ordered these in white, but I’m thinking about getting a set in pale green, too. The paper is 120 gsm; it’s the equivalent of 32 pound bond paper. It’s not as thick as 40 pound bond, probably because it can be used in a printer, but it’s still thicker than a lightweight paper stock.I tried a variety of pens on the paper, including fountain pens with different nib thickness, razor point pens, felt tips of various tip sizes, brush pens, markers, and more. I tested black pens and a variety of colors; no bleeding through the page and no ghosting. I suspect that a wide Sharpie might bleed through, but otherwise, I was pleased with the opacity of the pages.The sticker seals aren’t as high quality as the stationery; they’re gold foil stickers with a heart design. They feel more suited to a tween girl, cute, but much lighter weight than the stationery and envelopes. I decided I’d rather look for a nice wax seal; it would set off these letters better.Lovely stationery set; 50 sheets of writing paper and matching envelopes with gold trim. Great for important letters and love letters. With so many sheets, why save them for special letters; why not use these for all your notes? Elevate your notes to your kid’s teacher, your grocery lists, your “honey dew” list, pack lists for trips, and more.

This is a dramatic and impressive stationery package for when you want to send beautiful and eye-catching messages. Nothing subtle or subdued about it! The gold double border feels raised, possibly printed rather than embossed, but that's fine either way--it matches the border on the envelopes, and of course, you will be sealing those with the gold stickers that come with the stationery.I love writing letters by hand, and have several in mind that I've put off too long, so this paper is now my motivation. I tested several pens on this paper: it takes most kinds of ink just fine, from fountain pens to razor point markers to ball point pens. I'd avoid using the Sharpie (permanent ink) style of marker on this paper, as it will bleed through. And though I have yet to try it, the stationery should do just fine in a laser printer or inkjet printer. Just be sure to feed it the right way. In short, a good fanciful choice for a very fancy message.

These are beautiful!I really like the green ones that I chose. They are very classy.I used one to write a long hand letter with a gel ink pens and it accepted the ink great. No smears or smudges. The gold is embossed into the paper so it won't just peel off.It's thick paper, so it doesn't bleed.It's very pretty and antique looking.The quality and size of both the paper and the envelopes is great.The stickers are okay, but I personally don't think they fit the luxury of the stationary. I think this pretty of stationary deserves a better sealing stamp or sticker. But these envelopes also have glue on them so they can't be licked are water sponged to seal.Very happy to have this beautiful stationary.

I'm sure that this stationary was meant to fit in a printer, however, I like writing my letters by hand. That is OK because I can still use it, even though the paper seems a little heaver. It's quite elegant with the gold border, and the gold stickers to help seal the envelopes. I'm always on the look out for nice stationary, for I write a lot of letters. Hand written letters have seemed to have grown out of vogue and become a lost art, but I have a favorite Aunt that enjoys them, so I will continue writing her, until she passes, with whatever paper I can find. This Stationary will do just fine.

I really don't see how this stationery could be any classier or unique. It can be used for both personal and business correspondence, but I will reserve it for those more personal letters that I want to have that extra, elegant touch. It's really beautiful, and I can't imagine a recipient who would not notice and make the connection that he or she must be special to you. It's available in 3 colors; I got the cream, and it's exactly what I expected and wanted. It's high quality paper that my pen will flow across. I am delighted to have this lovely stationery and would recommend it highly for those who enjoy writing and sending out of the ordinary correspondence.
