Update, the seller contacted me and is replacing the bag and shipping it to my daughter in Wales. We are extremely pleased with the prompt service and their willingness to resolve the problem. I would buy from them again. Obviously they are confident in the quality of their products.My daughter bought this backpack to use while in Wales. After 2 weeks, the zipper fell apart, I mean teeth came right out. The bag itself looks new. I can't find how to contact seller through Amazon. I would not recommend this bag.

Bought prior to a trip to use as a purse/carry on as my personal item. The backpack straps were nice as we did a lot of walking and it was able to hold everything that we needed for a day outing (DSLR camera plus extra big lense and battery, water, wallet, phone with room to spare!). I use it now at home running around with kids to events and sports. It holds all my things plus all the extra little things that keep the kids busy.I really like the two different strap options. The fact that it comes with a bonus mini zippered bag is amazing for this price! The little clutch itself is very versatile. Can be used with this bag or on its own. I used it to carry just the essentials (phone, money, couple cards, lipstick) when we went out to dinner and exploring downtown in the evening.

Very Well made! this bag does it all and then some! its a beautiful deep coffee / chocolate color and has a bunch of different pockets for separating items or storing some things away for use at a later date. Its big but not gaudy, my girls very picky about her purse's bags or what ever you want to call them but when she saw this she lit right up like a kid at christmas! She couldn't wait to transfer her stuff from her current bag to this one and she could fit much more in it now lol I have no idea why anyone would ever need to carry so much but hey Im a dude so. .....

Love this bag, so many pockets to separate your belongings. Zippered pocket on back, great to keep important items safe and next to body. Good quality the only thing I would change is the straps, maybe a little wider and the same material for entire length. I would buy again.

Color looks like authentic leather. Interior is not dark, which helps me see inside much better! Lots of pockets with good quality zippers! The best quality is that this bag sits up and stays up when filled, no toppling.To make it perfect (for me), I would make the exterior water bottle holder higher, only an average 20 oz bottle will stay in there well. And I would definitely line the shoulder straps with something with some grab and grip, not the slippery faux leather that slides off my shoulder. There is a guitar strap included for the cross-body attachment that would have some grip, but I didn't want yet another strap to contend with. The shoulder straps are not removeable, but they are adjustable..even though they don't hold well because of the slipperiness. I love the bag..plan to take it on its 2nd flight/trip.
