Have a 2009 ram 3500 4x4that was stuck in a quagmire, and sitting on the frame rail. I bought the keeper 17.5k lbs. at first I had an old battery terminal I hooked it up to. This winch needs clean juice! Soon as I put on the new terminal. Wow, I’m impressed! Never even acted like it struggled! Warning: very heavy and heavy duty!

I Purchase this to replace another toe wedge I use in the garage to store things in the attic. This one runs very smoothly very quietly while it’s operating.

After 6 months, no issues. Battery leads are a good length and have pulled multiple cars onto my trailer.

I use this winch to pull my marine equipment (sailboat, dock, etc.) up a ramp into a marine storage hut. With its 1500 lb pulling capacity, it needs to be well secured to the storage hut back wall. One needs to always keep a good pulling force on the cable when winding it in; this ensures the cable to wind correctly on the drum. The winch works well and meets my expectations.

Fast service, quality product. Perfect for my needs. The emergency hand crank (in the event of a power failure) was a welcome option I did not expect. It also included a strap to protect your hand from injury when pulling the cable out. A nice safety feature, also not expected. Additionally, the power cable and remote control connect via sealed plugins. Valuable protection when using it around water. Overall, better than advertised.
