Overall, I am very happy with this cover. It is a faux leather but I actually really like the texture, it's very soft .My one complaint this is listed as an A5 cover, and while the cover is A5, if you want to put any A5 notebook or memo pad into it, you need to make some modifications. The pad that comes with it is slightly smaller than A5.I put a true A5 memo pad in and I had to cut the plastic on the back (see my photo) so that I could get the memo pad to fit inside. The slit and the back plastic for the included memo pad is too narrow for a true A5 notebook.

Portfolio is nice and a great price for the fun vibrant pink color I got. There is a notepad and pen holder along with a folder a lot. I added a book review pad which made it the function I needed. Size is perfect for my uses. So far the quality is standing good.

There was no pen,Some paper with missing from the back.
