Item arrived intacted. Look nice. much smaller than I am expected but it's fine. Cannot accompany too big of a figure anyway.It was shipped in a box without any protective material or padding. Amazon used to be better with providing padding when shipping but it has been a hit and miss lately. I wish amazon will improve packaging when it comes to toys and figure that can be damaged easily during transportation.

This figurine of Rino is very nice! I like this one a lot because she looks really cute. I like how easy it is to put her bow and arrow in her hand because some figurines make it difficult.
