I love this chandelier. It fits beautifully in the dining area of my kitchen. It looks very elegant and stately. My only issue was that it took some time to hang the crystals. At the end it was worth the time.

I'm half way through putting it together and there's a total of 6 broken parts. It was packaged well but somehow still managed to get broken and chipped. The size is good and was a little difficult to install. The directions are not very clear, and there's not directions on how to hang the crystals. It's pretty but I am disappointed that there broken parts, and some scratches too.

Muy buen acabado, solo que es algo tedioso el armado ya que se requiere colocar cada pieza una por una lo cual lleva algo de tiempo

We installed this chandelier in our entryway. It looks stunning with the crystal and covered chain. Installation is easy, but given the sheer quantity of crystals, it does take a while. A couple of the crystals were broken, but all said and done, we had 2 leftover, good ones for replacement if necessary.

La lámpara es hermosa, de metal dorado y las plaquitas son de cristal hermosas, trae todo lo que se necesita para su intalacion, el único detallisto que es fácil de arreglar cuando eres creativo es que el fierrito que va por dentro del hueco de la pared es un poco chico, corto. La ventaja es que viene curveado así que si tu casa es como la mía solo lo aplanas un poco y con eso es suficiente

The Chandelier is elegant and beautiful.The electrical part was easy to connect. We need to make sure the electrical box has enough support for the chandelier since it's heavy.My ceiling is at an angle and high, so I wished the wire were longer.Put the middle strings first, bend the wire bows into the crystal strings, and then hang the crystal strings on the chandelier.To hang the balls are a little more tricky, bend the wire bows in them first and then place them into the crystal strings bending the other end of the wire bow.The wire bow is so delicate that I was afraid it would not be strong enough to hold the weight of the crystal, but n it's almost three weeks, and everything is still hanging.I had a few chipped balls, but I got replacements from the seller within two weeks; pleased with the customer service.
