This is the second one I’ve bought. It doesn’t necessarily have everything I’d ideally love to see in this kind of product like a multiple week daily weight tracker at the front or the back of the book, but I love that there’s room for a mini vision board. There are some useful prompts, and I love the feel of the cover. I just use a copy of the aforementioned weight tracker (from another old fitness journal) taped inside, and it works.

Only 16 workout trackers. As somone who works out minimum 3 times a week for this to last me 6 months I’m going to need to use other places to track workouts. Apart from that it’s good. Oh and need a place to track snaks

First, I love the color. I love that it has two ribbons so I can keep track of different parts of the journal. The layout is simple and fits my needs. I do wish there was space to log snacks (it currently only has breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but I do eat between my meal so it would be nice to have space for that as well). But overall, it's a wonderful journal to keep track of my physical activities, food intake, and a few other things as well without getting overwhelmed.

Really pleased with this journal. It allows you to set out you health fitness and wellbeing goals in 6 months time and then splits this into monthly goals with weekly challenges and steps to success. Really helps with focus and accountability.

It’s hard to write in. I find the food journal boxes are too small. I really love the layout and the book over others. But it’s hard to write in it. So for me it’s not as usable as I’d like.
