This is a well made, quality tankini top, as I'd expect from Land's End. I like the square neckline, the thick shoulder straps and I love the angle the straps go down in the back. The wire support provides extra support for the chest but is not at all uncomfortable. This is black, so will go with really any swimsuit bottoms I have. It's also modest and close-fitting enough that I feel confident running after my young boys and playing with them in the pool without bearing anything I shouldn't.I took one star off for two reasons:1- it's a bit short in the torso2- I loathe removable padding in the bra area, as does nearly every other woman I've ever met. Just sew them in.

I ordered this tankini top in black in size 6 for my daughter, and it fits her 36" bust perfectly! We always like LE swimwear, and this one lives up to other items we've had in this brand. I especially like the style of the tankini's wide straps, since it adds a bit of flair and allows the tankini to be worn as a casual top, dressed up with a skirt for a beach party, or to go out to dinner after a day on the water.

Lands End has been my favorite swimwear brand for years. It is so well made, cleverly designed, and holds up better than any other suits I've tried. This swim top is no exception, it's really nice! I wasn't sure how I would feel about the wide straps on back, but they actually look really cute on. They are wider set than I was expecting, so they hide some of my back fluff, which is nice. I absolutely love the cute cap sleeve design, which will also be really handy for when I get a bit too much sun at the beach, as I always burn the worst on my shoulders. The built-in bra has removable pads and an underwire, so provides decent support, but the support doesn't come from the straps, at least not on me. I feel like the straps are a bit loose on me and might fall down in water, but the top will stay up just fine because the bra band is pretty tight. I do wish the bra band were adjustable, as I was thinking I might want to size up for more comfort, but then I wonder if the straps might be even longer on a larger size? Regardless, this top is quite flattering on. I love the modern style, and the basic black color will go well with other swim bottoms I have (most of them also from Lands End). It's cute!
