Lew's Fishing Speed Reel LFS Series

Es mi primer reel lews Me gustó mucho como su modelo lo indicaLigero,rápido y fuerte !Pero No !! traía manual de usuario es importante tenerlo a la mano cuando le das mantenimiento o alguna pieza se desgasta o daña!el número (codigo) a la pieza que le asignó la fábricaPor otro lado queda la dudas1.Si era producto de exhibición2.fue un regreso de algún cliente3.fue reparado y vuelto a poner en venta !Me espere hacer la reseña de este reeltengo que decir funcióno muy bien tuve varias capturas sin problemasVolveré a comprar la marcaespero ya no tener inconvenientes del mismo tipo ,

This is my second Speed Spool LFS. I have one in 8.3:1 and another in 6.8:1. These reels are built solid, pretty smooth retrieve, brakes are super easy to adjust, simple to dial end (a tiny bit of spool side to side play and magnets at 4-5). I can cast a good distance with great control.I would put these just a tad below in the Curado line of reels in smoothness, but these offer more control and cost 1/2 the price. I have a Curado 70 MGL for lighter baits and line, the Speed Spool reels are my main workhorses now. The reel size is just a tad bigger than the curado 70 MGL and holds more line, very comfortable.Very impressed with these reels and I see why they have a large following.

I purchased the 5.6:1 reel to use almost exclusively for crankbaits (I love crankin’). Thus far I have not been disappointed! The reel quality so far seems to be excellent. It’s seen it’s fair share of lake dives attempting to land fish and continues to show excellent performance. The flat style knobs are quickly becoming my favorite (majority of my other baitcasters have the Lews/Wynn knobs). The casting has been superbly smooth. I have had little issues with backlashing. After proper adjustments for lure weight I have had minimum issues with birds nests even when throwing from opposite my strong hand. Overall I am so pleased I want more of this speed spool model to continue to build my desired arsenal.

Got the left handed version because that's more natural for me. (I've used spinning reals for most of my life) Just opened the box. Right off the bat... Super smooth action. I'm not sure if reels get smoother than this, considering I've been using an ancient Abu Garcia baitcaster, but if they do you don't really need it. First thing I did was give the spool a little spin and then blew on it and it spead up and spun for ever. The knob that engages the break is large and easy to get to. The clicks when you adgust the drag are satisfying. The magnetic break works really well and it's pretty comfy when you wrap your fingers around it. The cut out around the spool is massive so if you're someone who fishes with gloves on it'll be no problem to get your thumb on the spool.I'm not sure how my rod and line will cooperate but you might be able to throw ultra light lures with it. Haven't put it through it's paces but I'll come back after I've whomped on it a bit (and hopefully in the process caught some fish) and give an updateSorry for potato quality pictures.
