The treadmill worked for just one day. It took two weeks for customer service to send me a replacement remote, but the treadmill still didn't operate. Customer service promised a new treadmill, and it's been nearly three weeks since then. They haven't been able to provide any updates on shipment or delivery timelines. The product is clearly of poor quality, and surprisingly, the customer service is even worse than the low-quality product itself.We've exchanged several texts, emails, and had one phone call, but none of the service staff have been able to give me any concrete updates. I feel taken advantage of and am now out hundreds of dollars. I will not be purchasing another product from this company because the issues with their service are not worth the hassle. Save your money and buy from somewhere else.

I was looking for something small and easy to use that would keep me moving on days when I simply don't have enough time to put in a hard, sweaty workout, and can just do a nice walk in my office while participating in a work zoom or while watching tv for an few minutes before dinner. This LifePro Walking Pad is perfect! It was super easy to assemble, but it is a wee bit heavy for me at 48lbs, I needed help lifting it out of the box and flipping it over to screw in the feet. Once that was done it was easy peasy, I adjusted the handlebar, screwed on the tablet holder and flipped it on. I didn't have to lubricate it yet since it did come with some lubrication under the belt, but it looks pretty simple to do, and the directions spell it all out.I set it up in my bedroom for now but it could not be easier to maneuver, there are wheels and it's easy to wheel from one place to another. The remote control makes it easy to turn on and off and then increase or decrease the speed. The digital readout is pretty big and it's clear what's what because there are icons under each category, like distance, time, speed, etc. If you need something that is somewhat portable, easy to use and will make it so fun to do a quick walk in between chores or work or when your littles are napping, look no further!! Oh by the way, it's quiet! You are going to love this -- the price is right too!! LifePro customer service is top notch, I have a vibration plate from them and they are extremely responsive so I know if I do need them, they'll handle it. All their products have a lifetime warranty! You will not regret having this!

I am almost 5'7" and I do not have a problem with it. Once you get used to the size of the deck you can gauge your stride and it is just fine! I feel extremely stable on it at speeds up to 4.0. It is really slim and fits in nicely in my small studio apt. I use it everyday! Setting it up was super easy! Out of the package, attach the "feet", secure the handrail and off you go! Remote is super convenient! I am a fan of LifePro as I do have their RumbleX Vibration plate as well. This is just another great tool in my fitness regimen. Thanks LifePro!

I bought this great little treadmill/walking pad to use at my desk while working so I'd be less sedentary during my workday. While it did take a little time for me to get used to working and walking at the same time, I did so quickly and it's awesome (go slow, it's not a race)! It's the perfect size for a small room or apartment too - so quiet too!In a world where so many of us are sitting so much more throughout our day - between working, playing video games, social media, watching shows, etc, the fact that sitting is considered the new smoking is no joke and plays a significant role in our society's poor health. Enter this nifty well-made, very user-friendly walking pad... NO MORE SITTING!! No more lower back pain... and getting more steps in - it's a big win!!This treadmill was easy to set up, well made, and pretty darn light and has wheels so it's really easy to move and stow away if need be.

I bought this great little treadmill/walking pad to use at my desk while working so I'd be less sedentary during my workday. While it did take a little time for me to get used to working and walking at the same time, I did so quickly and it's awesome (go slow, it's not a race)! It's the perfect size for a small room or apartment too - so quiet too!In a world where so many of us are sitting so much more throughout our day - between working, playing video games, social media, watching shows, etc, the fact that sitting is considered the new smoking is no joke and plays a significant role in our society's poor health. Enter this nifty well-made, very user-friendly walking pad... NO MORE SITTING!!
