It's certainly frustrating when products do not match their descriptions, leading to unexpected additional expenses and hassle. In this case, the mislabeling of voltage requirements resulted in the need for a power converter and an adapter, adding to the cost and complexity of using the product. It's important for sellers to provide accurate product information to prevent such issues. While the partial refund ($27) from the seller does not cover all the additional costs incurred ($115.41), it is a recognition of the oversight. For future purchases, it may be beneficial to verify the electrical requirements of products, especially when ordering items that may come from regions with different voltage standards. This can help avoid similar situations and ensure that the products are compatible with local electrical systems without the need for extra equipment. This product requires 112 volts to use. The average power line in most homes and facilities in the U.S are 110 volts. I purchased a power converter to alleviate this issue and now the product works as it should. Before sending this product back, I figured I'd test it from several other sockets before sending back to the seller. This product performed properly after I unplugged my washing machine and plugged in this product. I purchased this product because of the price. Had I known about this situation sooner I would have purchased a different product for more money that performed the same. This would alleviate having to transport 2 products instead of 1. Side note: This product produces heavy condensation of water on the floor during usage. The floor WILL BE SLIPPERY after usage.
