For the money it is really a great piece of luggage. Only disappointment I have is it came right out of the box with a dent on it. No damage at all to the box so assuming it was packed that way. It’s hard to see in pics but it is obvious in person. Not sure it’s worth sending back for a replacement.

I love the look of this aluminum carry-on suitcase. It feels very sturdy and the wheels roll so well you can just push it and it glides across the floor. I really like that the wheels do a full 360 degree rotation, making the case so maneuverable when you are dragging it around by the handle. The handle has 4 different locking height adjustments, not including when its concealed in the case. The grab handles are "slow close", so they don't shake around when you are wheel the case about. Inside the case, each side has a large mesh zipper pouch for organization and helps hold your packing in place. I like that this case is the perfect size of airline carry on requirements and that it has a TSA dual lock system. One interesting thing is that the case comes with a plastic pull over cover. I assume this is if you intend to check the luggage to help prevent scratches if its thrown around by airport personnel. I imagine the painted aluminum will show scratches over time. In any case I really like the look, weight and functionality of this bag and can't wait for my next trip!

This suitcase worked great as a carry on for the last two trips I took. The quad wheels spin effortlessly in hard surfaces as well as on carpet in the airport. They seem like a well built wheel that will hold up over time. The handle comes in and out really well. When I compared this to other carry on bags, this handle seemed to have more height which would be helpful for someone taller. The clasps on the side work well and had no trouble holding closed through rising in the trunk, airport security and the overhead bin. I like the panels inside the help keep your packing in place. Also the velcro straps to the panels help you pull everything in tight so you can get everything you want in. The outside held up well, but my partner did dent it slightly when he kneeled on the bag. I dont blame the bag for that...suitcases are meant to be knelt on or used as a step stool. Also the emerald green color helps you easily spot your bag, without being too gaudy.

If your looking at these, its likely because your attracted by the allure of all aluminum carry on suitcases. In the past these were unattainable for the prices seen today. Most still don't know this and so they stand out. I can attest the build quality looks great. The slow/ soft retracting handles are a nice touch. The telescoping handle seems sturdy and not loose. It also has multiple detents to match the other suitcases you might need to roll with these. The wheels seem to track well and roll over uneven surfaces with ease. Unloaded weight was checked at 8.58 lbs (3.892 kgs), so lighter than listed above. The interior is a nicely lined with removable divider- one for each side, which allows for opening the clamshell style case, and not having your stuff spill out. There are pockets in each divider but seem to be for small toiletries and paperwork. If you carry a laptop, you'll need a small protective bag for it, otherwise, it's just loose in the case. Id say this case seems better designed for the leisure traveler and not the business traveler. The only disappointment is the locks are not Yee Fong but a rip off. Other than that the latches lock nice and secure and setting the new combo was a breeze. If you're used to soft sided or most plastic sided carry ons, this may seem a tad smaller. Ive compared this one to another recently purchased Level8 expandable 22" with side access for a laptop, for visual side by side views. One extra is the plastic raincoat it comes with. It's likely there to protect it when thrown underneath the plane. A nice touch. Really can't go wrong with this.

Knocking off one star because they sent me a completely different color which definitely shows scratches more, making the price point not worth it and over time you might as well have just sent the silver like I ordered. It definitely doesn’t have the smooth glide like my 1200 R**** and the handle isn’t as smooth or feel as sturdy. But this will come in handy when I don’t feel like banging up my expensive bag.
