A bit light on the support and top edge was a tad too large, but they do stay up. Fine if you want light support, but not enough compression for a long flight. Runs true to size. Light enough that you could wear them at night, if needed.

Nice for compression sleeves. Soft and stretchy material, but firm, and they do not roll down! (Thank goodness!) They are not tight and did help my swelling of feet and legs (from edema). These are esp. great for people whose feet get hot! And I saw considerable difference in the swelling the first day I wore them. I got 5XL-6XL and l am have a 22 1/2 inch calf. I have wore these all day and I love them. They are super comfortable. You don't even know you have them on. I had tried 6 other ones within my size, but not one fit or even come close to the comfort of these or the ease of getting them on, or they were so tight it was struggled or impossible to even get them on!. These are getting to get on and office. Yes I would purchase again and definitely am planning on buying another set!

I bought these for leg spasms and they work great. I bought them 3 sizes too big and they are still snug enough to work and they are easier to put on. I bought a second pair to wear when the other pair is in the wash.

If you have have large calf i feel they run small. I had to cut top. They are nice snug in shin feel great. The top does roll down a little

I've purchased 2 other types of compression socks from amazon and had to return both of them because one of them was made with this thick ribbed material and the other was SO tight I just couldn't get them on. So then I thought about getting these sleeves which looked like they were made with a more softer and thinner material AND would be easier to put on - and boy, was I right about that!They are SO easy to put on, feel great, and the compression is spot on. I will be using these for several very long overseas flights and finally found a pair that checks all the boxes.I loved this pair so much that I ordered another 2 pairs. You won't be disappointed. BTW, I ordered the 3x-4x and my calf size is 20". Fit is perfect and compression is just right.
