The one I got runs fine. You need to install the software included on the TF card. It’s already plugged into the blade of the device. As far as I can tell the only files you can format for it are MP4 videos. Also you need to set the software to format for the correct device or the resulting formatted files will not play properly on the device. This device is the F-Mini11. There are not a lot of options so edit your videos before trying to format them. Despite the option in the app and remote, you can NOT alter the rotation of the image. The F-Mini11 dose not have sound despite the app and remote suggesting it dose. The remote seems to be a universal remote that they use for every model so not all options work. The App is more or less broken. The only things it really can do is what you can already do with the remote. Don’t even worry about that so called library of 700 videos. You can’t access them. At least not with the app. There are a couple animations available in the app but they will never successfully upload to the device. If you have an IOS device the video you make with it will be MP4’s and you can screen record anything and edit it in the phone. I use a phone transfer usb stick to move the videos to my computer and then I format them for the device. Then just drop them into the FT card using the included TF card adapter. NOTE! The orientation of your phone screen has an effect on your video files. Most video players will automatically flip the video to be upright but not the formatting software. So record all videos vertically or they will display sideways. And yeah it even remembers which side of your phone it was recorded on so be consistent if you just intend to mount the device sideways.

I wish I would have bought one of these sooner! It is easy to setup, the remote is very responsive and installing the software was easy. The software is located on the sd card along with a handful of sample videos. I backed up the included videos to my pc and loaded my own video on the SD card.I purchased this one, the smallest one, to see its capabilities. Now I want to get the other sizes! It is too cool!!!

*Update - I purchased a 3rd unit and it did come with everything advertised (remote and TF card adapter) unlike the first 2 I received. As all three of them were sold by Amazon, I see this as an Amazon fault for receiving incomplete returns and not a fault on the manufacturer therefore have changed my review to five stars.I bought 2 of them for a project I'm working on. Both work perfectly. Apparently, I'm the only one who actually read the description. To those saying the 700 video library doesn't exist, yes it does exist. The description specifically states, "Reach Out To Us To Receive Access To Our Extensive Library Of 700 Video Materials." The library is not on the app or on the TF card that comes installed in the fan. Because of the overall size, it is stored in Google Drive. I just emailed them asking for access and they sent me the link to the Google Drive. I don't know if there's actually 700 videos but there's at least 30 folders and each folder has multiple videos. The reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is, although it works as advertised, what you receive is not what they advertise. It does not come with a remote or a TF card adapter. You can fully control it through the app, however. Speaking of the app, I've had no issues converting any video on my phone to be able to work on the fan through the app. The TF card does come with the software on it for you to install the video converter on your computer, however, it only works on Windows OS. I use a Chromebook so I did not have access to the converter on my laptop. If you are having trouble converting videos and uploading them to the fan through the app (constant crashing), use YouCut - Video Editor by InShot. It's free in the play store. Just choose your video and then save it, no editing needed. The output video will work on the fan, I've done it with many videos just to see what works and what doesn't.

Cute little toy. I'm happy with it overall. But beware of attaching the wall hook item to the unit. I attached (screws into the unit) and the graphics went wacky, stopped working etc. I removed the hanger attachment and everything started working again. The other negative is there is no off button on the control unit, you must disconnect from the power supply.

Product advertises 700 videos in the library but there are only 3. There are like 10 demo videos on the device. It does look cool. You will have to mess around with it to do your own videos. Not sure how to do that.
