Me gustó mucho el banco. La inclinación del banco y el cojín grueso lo hacen muy cómodo

La madera es de calidad, el cojin es firme y resistente, está cómodo, sin embargo está muyyy abajo, por lo que no me caben las pantorrillas justo por debajo del asiento, tengo que optar por otra posición para que mis rodillas rodeen el banco

Me gustó el diseño, lo practico de llevar y el color de la tela y lo utilizo para meditar 🙏🏻

It’s only about 6” and maybe 7” while sitting on the nice thick cushion. All the weight goes onto your butt (spine/back). I need more height so that I lean a little onto my knees to evenly distribute the weight to take pressure off my back and, so that my “bad” knee does not get compressed, therefore a higher bench would give it more space. Overall very good quality but I returned the to get a slightly higher bench. I’m 5’5” 139lbs and have a tight upper back and knee that doesn’t like to be bent for long periods.

I started meditating recently, but I was using different pillows and cushions to avoid hurting my feet. They did not work as I expected, so I found this Meditation Bench by Monk and Llama and decided to give it a try.I can tell you since I started practicing meditation with it, I can stay focused longer, as I do not feel pain either in my spinal or my feet. The design is very practical and can be carried out anywhere. You can fold and keep it in its case and will not occupy space. I am very happy with my purchase and will recommend it without hesitation.

Lo acabo de recibir y se siente de buena calidad con buenos materiales, se atrasó un poco el envío por culpa de la paqueteria pero el vendedor se mostró muy atento en todo momento.Lo recomiendo

I ordered this prayer bench for my practice of centering prayer. Was looking for something that would be more comfortable than sitting cross legged on a prayer cushion for twenty minutes. It is significant that I am overweight and not very flexible. The bench has been a very nice solution to my dilemma. It is of simple, durable construction and supports my 240lbs with no issue. The removeable cushion is also of good quality and very comfortable. The legs fold well with the straps of the cushion secured to the bench so it can be used, folder and stored with no extra steps. The carrying bag fits well. The whole thing is light enough to be carried easily in one hand but not so light that it's going in my backpack on a multi day hike. I really like the kneeling posture during meditation! The bench supports a good portion of my weight and keeps my feet from going to sleep during twenty minutes of kneeling. I ordered a quilted prayer mat along with it to facilitate using the bench on a hard smooth surface and they work well together. All in all I am very pleased with this simple little prayer bench.
