Funciona bastante bien, tiene buen sonido, lo único que podría no ser tan bueno es la duración de la pila.Pero fuera de eso excelente producto

My old Motorola Boom has lasted over 10 years, after a long an wonderful life, it literally fell apart in my hand, so i thought this would be a good option - I was wrong! Miserable battery life, constantly disconnects, poor engineering for in-ear fit, over-the-ear fitting is worse, especially for those of us who wear glasses, heavy & cumbersome in my ear, bad feedback when volume is up enough for me to hear, so the listener hears feedback sounds. I've thrown the boxes away (yes, I bought 2 because I am so dependent on the bluetooth!) so I'm stuck, but I will NOT buy any recently-designed Motorola product of any kind after the offensive experience of these bluetooths. I recommend staying far away from this product.

First day after charging, worked great and was told I sounded good. Don't like the new earpieces ... Not as comfortable as the old ones. I have always owned booms and my last one finally pooped out. This one barely lasts on a charge the old ones you could leave in your ear all day long and it would not run out of battery. Evidently this one needs you to close the speaker in order for it to last...the other one I could just leave open all day long lasted from 8:00 a.m. till 2:00 in the morning this one I'm lucky if it lasted 4 hours. I am exchanging it and we'll see if the next one is any better since there were a few good reviews on here. If the second one doesn't work I will get a refund. Bought a $16 one that works almost as good. Really sad because the first Motorola Booms were amazing.

I'm not sure I undertand what Motorola is thinking. I have owned 50 or more Motorola headsets since probably 2009. The HX550 (circa 2010) was by far the best of the lot, but the Boom and the Boom 2 (Ist Generation) were both great. The 2nd Generation Boom 2 is only good for listening to music and audiobooks -- the mic echos alot and sounds distant more often. (You can tell the difference between the generations by the response when you open up the lever to turn it on, and by the color of the charging light (lost but not all 1st gen are red/green, not red/blue).I tried this Boom 3 or HK500 knowing it was too big to be convenient, in the hope thatat least the sound & mic quality and bluetooth performance would make up for the size. I was wrong. The sound & mic are the worst of the bunch and far underperforming the Plantronics monster and even much cheaper ones like the Link Dream. I am so frustrated with the Motorola product development team. I have 1 HX 550 that still functions and maybe 3 Boom 2 1st gens. After they fail, I will revert to the Plantronics & Link Dream, but it is sad to see Motorola fail this badly when they had a great product.
