Pucks crack and break apart pretty easily from regular hockey use. For the price you can’t beat them though.

I got a pack of (6) of these for my kids (10 and 12) to use on our small ice rink in the back yard. They are significantly lighter so the risk of injury is a lot less. Took them out on a 25 degree day and the kids smoked (3) of them within the first 10 minutes. What? These Mylec pucks used to be pretty good, I used them on the ice in the winter when I was a kid and never broke any. It appears that these were cheapened up pretty bad, the overall quality is pretty bad too- the edges are not smooth and have deformities- almost like the mold was underfilled or mis-aligned.For comparison, I also have Franklin brand plastic pucks (very similar to these) that the kids use on the ice (green, white, and orange). Going on 2 years with them- none smashed or even cracked. These Mylec pucks are junk. Not recommended.

This item was bought to be used in a gym setting and a outdoor carpet tennis/volleyball court area while in Afghanistan. The deliver was quick and they worked great. Lots of fun playing some go old fashion floor hockey. Thanks.

Well, this winter I built a hockey rink in the basement for my boys. They love it. I needed some pucks for them to play with so naturally I went online to Amazon and found this great deal. One of these pucks at the local sporting goods store costs 3 or 4 bucks easily. Here you get six! Now I do thin that unless they are wearing the proper protective equipment, which the almost never are in our basement, these pucks are too hard for normal play. But they have their uses, like shooting drills...The pucks are good quality and you could use them indoors or out. They came in a brown cardboard box and were loose inside. Leave it to amazon to get rid of the unnecessary packaging and bulk. Great job thanks!
