These tweezers were highly rated so I ignored the 1-star review by @Folktale G. I wish I'd listened. My photos tell it all. I added a photo from the internet to show an EXAMPLE of how the tweezers SHOULD ALIGN and fit a ring. Please see the photos and hand written detailed notes on the pics (but please overlook my horrible penmanship - LOL).The abbreviated version is the head and shank tweezers top and bottom halves DO NOT ALIGN PROPERLY and anything over a SIZE 6 ring doesn't fit. I could've gotten a better pair cheaper but I needed them and couldn't wait 1 week for delivery from another shop (not Amazon) and getting 2 pairs for the price seemed more cost effective than buying 1 pair from another Amazon store. In the end, I should've listened to the 1-Star review and paid a little more for a single pair of head and shank tweezers.I haven't decided yet if I'll keep and modify the ones I received or return them. I'll come back later with an update.

Really like this product. I know I'm not the only person that has problems holding bezel onto rings to solder them. Wish it was made out of titanium instead of steel where heat transfer matters.

The ring shank loop on the ring holder one is crooked. I've tried and can't get it to straighten out. I bought these to use specifically that one and it's un-usable bent. Fix your ish, guys.
