It’s quiet , it has 6 speeds, remote controls everything it does, the light has 3 modes bright , dim and soft. Its so huge that you notice it right away. I love the industrial look, its well made not cheap looking at all

So the instructions really seem like they were straight translated from google translate.Lots of it doesn't make sense at all. Though to be honest. Its a ceiling fan so its not super difficult to figure out.The fan is huge and is very quite under low rpms and moves a lot of air!Would be great for a home gym or shop (what i am using it for).Overall would recommend. Makes my 52 inch fan look like a joke!

The fan came in a relatively large box, but not too heavy considering the 84" size. The motor is about the same weight as the 52" interior fan I just got, and the housing is made of relatively thin metal that is painted and not powder coated. In fact, other than the blade length, almost all aspects of the construction of this fan is about the same as the regular 52" fan. This fan claims to be weather resistant and built for outdoor patio use, but only time will tell if it can actually withstand seasons in the screened patio.The install is straight forward, all the wiring can be done after sliding the fan into the mounting slot, so no need to use S-hooks and have the entire fan dangle on the hook. It can be done by 1 relatively in-shape person that can lift 30lbs ups the step ladder to slide it into the mount. The wiring is all color coded so no drama there, just remember to slide the wireless module into the mounting bracket first.There is really nothing to dislike about this fan except for its price. At $270 with coupon, it is significantly higher than other 84" fans that are usually in the $200-$220 range. Even the exact same brand and model can be found on Amazon for $200. So as much I like this fan, the lack of price competitiveness is the reason it lost a star.

I put this up in my garage. It fits really nicely in the bigger space and moves a lot of air. It wasn't to bad to assemble either. Very happy with it. Especially for how much they sell for.
