I used to wear gloves every day when I go to the gym, but no more. I wear these straps throughout my entire workout unless I'm doing a back day or shrugs or something that requires that I use the Orange Forest metal hook straps. These particular straps hold on really good when I'm doing pull Downs or rows or even when I do dumbbell or barbell curls. I usually straps for just about everything and they're holding up nicely after a year.Strongly recommend buying these. 5 stars for sure 💪🏻
