This is a simple concept that works well to stop water from seeping into your solder joint. Works better than other systems because of the flexible connection that allows work in awkward positions. Outstanding, essential tool for a plumber, or an amateur.

This only comes with fittings up to 3/4, and not 2" as implied by the picture.While they claim the larger sizes can be purchased, there is no way to do that

quality is very cheap, feels like dollar store product. Definitely not worth $120 dollars. Finally I used it today and it doesn’t work as they shown on the add. I am not satisfied with the quality or functionality!Don’t waste your money on it!

First of all, watch out for holding too low on handle while squeezing the handle lock. I squeezed this once while holding too low and the handle lock snapped my pinky REALLY hard. It was red and numb for several minutes and was quite a distraction further working with that hand.As for operation, the tool works as advertised/well in all the sizes included (1/2", 3/4", 1"). Additional sizes and replacements available thru 2", but I haven't tried anything larger than the 1".As for design, overall I'm not really crazy about plastic tools, but if it's durable plastic and proves to last long, I see good value here. I'm not sure what if any repair parts are available for the gun, or if the rubber seal grommets can be replaced without replacing the entire wire assembly as a unit, but I'm sure the company can answer these service questions. For me, the tool does a good job for what it was designed to do.Additional note: This will NOT fit through a valve that is not full-port. I confirmed this on my last job. Thought it might...but nope.
