My wife, the ardent baker, will make good use of this Ruiqas 5 Wheel Stainless Steel Pastry Pizza Cutter......she really likes the two handles to allow her to make more and evenly spaced cuts more quickly.

This pastry wheel set allows you to cut five strips at a time from most doughs (or from clay in the studio). It will cut strips from about 1cm (7/16 inch) to about 5.5 cm (3 1/8 inch) up to about 2.5cm (1 inch) thick.It does an admirable job for making lattice strips for pies, for example, although it's a little too wide for cutting narrow pasta strips (I wish I could find one that would create 1/8 inch strips!It's easy to use: You simply pull on the two handles to spread the wheels apart to the correct distance, then tighten the two wingnuts on wheels 2 and 4 until they're set. The nuts do tend to loosen with repeated cuts, so you'll want to check them every so often to make sure they stay firmly tightened.The device works well when you don't need all strips to be precisely straight and the same width. If you do, you'll need to make some modifications, because the two outside wheels aren't fixed in place. That means the outside strips (1 and 5) can vary in width by as much as a quarter inch.It's fairly easy to correct: Just find a stick the exact distance you need and tape it firmly onto the wheel mounts. This will force the blades to stay in the correct position. It would be nicer, however, if you didn't have to do that.
