I ordered this toilet after measuring and buying 2 at local stores which did not fit my toilet properly.I opened the box and was amazed that the color matches my toilet perfectly and is a perfect fit as well.It is solid and the padding is beautifully done and smooth with no puckering.Installation is so intuitive and easy that I was able to do it myself without having to wait for a handyman’s help.I also like that there is product support available if needed but I seriously doubt that it would be necessary. All in all, I am very pleased with this purchase.

Ordered this seat in January 2024. The seam split in December 2024. Still usable but not as soft as when originally purchased. I would still recommend with the expectation it will only last about a year. If you want a more durable seat, buy something else.

So this toilet seat was about 2-3 dollars cheaper than usual. And now I know Why! It does not fit properly. Too tight for the hinges. You are constantly readjusting the seat and tightening it up. Sloppy on the toilet because of this problem. I have purchased numerous seats in the past 15 years and have never had this problem with the Mayfair seat. They don't last long usually because the vinyl rips. Probably will not buy in the future and go back to the wood seat. Getting to expensive.

Very lightweight; tubular aluminum construction. Seems sturdy though and was not hard to install, but does not come with any instructions.

It's not as thick and durable as a more expensive product but perfect for the price.
