3 sencillos pasos para limpiar la bomba
Quitar la bomba
Retire la placa frontal azul usando el dedo para tirar de la pequeña pestaña en el lateral.
Quitar el estator
Retire el estator en forma de lágrima azul tirando hacia arriba sobre el labio pequeño.
Desmonte el impulsor
Use una uña para sacar el impulsor, que se mantiene en su lugar magnéticamente. Limpie las piezas de la bomba con agua tibia y jabón y, a continuación, vuelva a ensamblar.

bought the pet water fountain in feb2023 do its been running 24 / 7 / 365 for 2 years - the pump was running super slow so bought this replacement pump and it worked like a charm - my pets love the moving water in this fountain - and its ceramic so my kitty with an allergy to plastic is safe too >^..^^..^

My Fountain stopped working the other day and my cats were miserable, thankfully Amazon was able to get me a pump the next day and I set it up as soon as I got home.I have happy kitties again and the pump that works so amazingly well, with an awesome flow rate. I did not realize just how crappy the original pump was all these years. It's nice to have a pump with suction Feet Again, because it stays in place.I'm super happy with my purchase and it saved me from having to replace the entire fountain. I have the Drinkwell 360° and this is basically identical to the original pump. Remember to keep the uptake tube! The pump comes with the adapter, so it's good to go.I will update this review if it doesn't last, the original one I had for 7 years.

es la misma que viene en la original solo que no trae la gomita que se ajusta, de ahi en fuera todo increible

Ya coloque la bomba y le queda súper bien a este tipo de fuente tipo pagota. Viene como se muestra en la fotografía. Es fácil de quitar y lavar. Me gustó más que la bomba original que traía mi fuente porque esta es azul con negro y parece que hace menos ruido hasta ahora ha funcionado muy bien. La recomiendo como repuesto.

Compré esta bomba porque la original se quemó, llevo usándola ya varios meses y puedo decir que desde el principio ha sido mejor que la original, desde la caja para enchufar que es el doble de ancha y se nota que pasa mejor la energía evitando calentamiento, también la bomba tiene mejor flujo que la original de la fuente que tenía.Ampliamente recomendado si requieres este repuesto.

La bomba es exactamente igual a la original que venía con la fuente, solo cambia que la original era toda negra y está viene con las partes desmontables en color azul para identificar más fácil que tienes que desmontar para limpiarla. Revisé las etiquetas y es incluso de la misma marca que venía con la fuente. L bomba funcionó perfectamente, solo que ya no la he probado más porque como dato curioso, después de una semana de estar intentando hacer que funcionara la vieja fue que ordene esta, y justo hoy que llegó se le ocurrió funcionar nuevamente a la antigua, así que guardaré esta como repuesto para cuando de plano ya no quiera funcionar la anterior.

Brought to replace a broken cat water fountain pump. The new pump is supplied with an 'American' plug/transformer (as shown in the pictures), so an adaptor would be required if you need to replace everything. However the new pump can be plugged into the old transformer if it is still working. Pump working well with no issues.

I had been sooooo frustrated with this pump motor as I replaced the one that came with my brand new unit about a year after I bought it. Then, only a couple months later, the new one quit working! I was really upset and knew I had seen some reviews about the same thing. I reviewed the page again to read the instructions on cleaning to ensure I wasn't missing anything. The only thing I struggled with in the past was cleaning the inside of the motor unit. I religiously clean every single part of the Drinkwell fountain, filters, etc. at least twice each week, but was still having issues and still saw little black specs floating in the water. I didn't think my motor pump would actually open up as described (I figured mine was slightly different than described on line), but low and behold, the tiny little seam in the plastic DOES open if you get your fingernail in there. And it comes off pretty easily. Then you can remove the inside parts as described on the seller's page and clean them thoroughly, adding a drop of vegetable oil on the inside metal pin as described. Voila! It worked! It even worked on the "old" one that I set aside months ago thinking it was trash. Now I have two that work. I can't tell you how excited I was to fix both of these and now realize how quickly all that "gunk" builds up inside the motor and must be cleaned to operate correctly over time. Give it a try -- you'll be so much less frustrated and won't have to buy a whole new fountain.

It is beyond me why somebody will sell a piece of electrical equipment unsuitable for the electrical system in the UAE. This pump is for the US 110V system. It will break down very quickly in the UAE where the voltage is 220V and may even present a fire hazard.
