When I unboxed this, I had to double check thinking it was a more expensive one sent by mistake.My vet sells a drench gun like this one for 3 times the price.It was easy to dial in the dosage and apply with a gentle squeeze. I was able to hook up to a dosage pack without issue or leaks.

This drencher is better than any I’ve seen at my local farm store. It is very nice quality metal and glass. It will last a very long time if cared for. The ring that helps seal the glass tube operates smoothly and hasn’t had a sticking problem I’ve encountered in syringes. You can squeeze the handle and there’s no jerky movement. My only complaint, is the instructions…. which are written only in Chinese.

This thing is AWESOME for administering medication or liquid food to your medium/large animals. The device is made out of a sturdy metal, and I believe the syringe part is glass. Easy to hold and squeeze, and you don't really have to worry about getting chomped down on while using it like a plastic syringe. Easy to clean for me. I'm sure if you had an autoclave, you could sterilize it if you needed to. It comes with an extra glass tube, a plastic tube line, a couple of large gauge needles, and a sample tube.The instructions don't come in English, so you might have to look them up or use a translator app.

This seems like it is well built, has all attachments needed but the needles and pipe is not sterile, which I would have preferred and will most likely get sterile ones. The instructions are in Chinese which are of course not helpful
