This review is for the Jingelsye Car Radio Stereo for Ford F150 2004-2008. The product includes the head unit, GPS unit, camera, assorted cables, a trim removal tool, and a set of installation and operating instructions.I installed this product in a 2005 Ford F-150. I've previously installed a similar (slightly older) head unit in this particular vehicle, and I found the installation of this head unit to be nearly identical to the older unit. I decided to replace the other head unit with this one because I discover that I prefer physical buttons--such as the ones this unit has--on a head unit. (The older unit it replaced used capacitive touch buttons which can be difficult to adjust precisely without taking your eyes off the road.) Overall, the installation isn't difficult, but it helps if you have prior experience. The included installation instructions provide the bare basics for the install, but little else. You'll have to look elsewhere for trim removal instructions, best options for running the cable for the camera, etc.Operation of the head unit is fairly intuitive, especially if you've used a similar unit previously. (Many of these units seem to use the same operating system and apps.) Responsiveness is good, and the wireless connection to my phone remained stable during my testing. Sound is OK and in line with the cost of the unit. There are enough adjustments that you can probably find a combination of sound settings that you can live with.The screen is clear and easy to see under most conditions, although--like most vehicle screens--direct sunlight can make it difficult to read. One nice feature I like about this unit is that it has both standard USB and USB-C ports on the front face.Overall, a nice upgrade in both radio and technology for an older Ford vehicle.

Not perfect. Installation of the radio was fairly easy, but when we attempted to attached the existing backup camera (identical to the included camera) the directions where not clear on where to attached loose cables.Stereo worked well without the camera on our 2005 F150, but the User Interface was not great and was difficult to figure out how to get CarPlay to work. Probably a much better device for Google/Andriod integration.It worked, but did not love it.

Just what my 2008 Ford F150 needed to actually move into the modern world. The 2008 came with good sound, but a disappointing am/fm radio, and to be able to use bluetooth to access my music services, I had to use one of those adapters that plugs into the cigarette lighter for power. It worked, but next to this it's a toy. It looks wonderful in the truck, fit perfectly. The screen is bright and vibrant, and we finally have a rear-view camera using it, which really makes a huge difference backing this big pickup. I'd gotten so spoiled by that in my car that I didn't even want to drive our pickup without it, and now I don't have to worry any longer. I love the fact that it has not only a touch screen but also knobs - my husband will never use a touch screen, and that's a big factor for us. We have Android phones, and love Android Auto... it makes everything so much easier. Super happy with this unit, felt like we got a whole new truck when we installed this.

I much prefer the knobs on instead of screen adjustment of volume. The sound has low distortion and the screen is vivid. Installation was a snap and everything was provided.
