I recently purchased the Universal Mute Luggage Wheels as a replacement for my suitcase wheels, hoping for a quick and easy upgrade. Unfortunately, my experience with these wheels has been less than satisfactory.Despite the product being labeled as "universal," it did not live up to its claim. The wheels did not fit my very standard suitcase at all, leading to a frustrating situation where I had to return the product.The design of the wheels seemed promising, and the idea of a double-row configuration for enhanced stability and noise reduction was appealing. However, the lack of compatibility with a seemingly average suitcase was a major letdown. It's important for consumers to be aware that the term "universal" may not necessarily apply to all suitcase types, and in my case, it fell significantly short.If you're considering purchasing these wheels, I would advise double-checking the specifications and dimensions of your suitcase to ensure compatibility. Unfortunately, I had to go through the inconvenience of returning the product, and I'm left disappointed by the misleading labeling.

En voyage ,une moitié de roulette s'est brisée, l*autre a l'aéroport. J'ai bien essayé de changer les roulettes recues, Y ai mis presque une journée. Les vis n'arrivaient pas vis a vis les trous et se retiraient pendant le processus. Finalement , j'ai utilisé des vis plus longues ce qui me semblait plus solide .On verra a la prochaine utilisation...J'aimerais bien recevoir l'évaluation d'autres clients.
