When I use this constantly I definitely notice a positive change in my lower back pain! Great to keep things open between chiro appointments! I was skeptical but it really does help and feels great!

We use this every day, and it is fantastic! Best roller I’ve ever had. Super strong too. I weigh about 230 and it holds me no problem, even with aggressive rolling.

I am not a fan of this product. The first time I tried to use it, I pretty much fell off of it and bruised my elbow. This is a piece of PVC pipe with some foam glued to it. It did not crack my back, it did not massage the muscles on either side of my spine. When I use it, it deforms under my weight (220 lbs.). Everyone in my family tried it out and they all said the same thing. It is too narrow to actually do anything, and it is wobbly and they felt unbalanced on it. If I had it to do over again, I would save my money and get the product that is wider with a spine groove molded into it. Three stars as it looks just like the images and fits all the specifications. Minus two stars for not actually performing the functions it is advertised to do.

We got this in, and so far my husband and I are liking it. We primarily got this for cracking our back, but I will also look into yoga poses using the wheel.I came to the listing once we received the wheel, and I was disappointed that there wasn't a video showing how to use it. Google and YouTube to the rescue. I see us using this daily, or at least several times a week.The wheel is strong for support and padded for comfort.
