Easy to customize, just get a pair of scissors and cut what you don't need off. This window seal is easy to install and works well. It makes my windows feel like they’re closed, which is great for keeping the cool air in and the hot air out. I’ve noticed a significant difference in the temperature in my home. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a simple and effective way to cool their home.

I didn’t realize that this ‘kit’ didn’t come with the ductwork/hose, every picture shows the hose with it and it wasn’t until I was trying to install it that I realize the ductwork is not included! When I went back and read the product description, (in the last paragraph), is when I saw that it doesn’t mention the hose at all. I tried looking for a hose at one of the box stores but could only find a 4” and not a 5.1”. I’m not happy because it should’ve been relayed/written on the pics that the hose isn’t included. I can’t tell you if this works or not because I can’t hook it up because I need the hose. The product looks like it’ll do the job, but think the fabric could be a little sturdier because it feels lightweight and I don’t know how well it would hold up with the force of the coupling and hose hanging from it, especially if the window is unshaded in the sun.

While I'm still shocked there's no better alternative than these messy looking plastic window blockers, this one is a definite step up from the previous version that zips the entire length and never can get a tight seal around the a/c hose. With this one it's a single non-zipping piece and there's a panel with a hole and hard plastic piece that you attach the hose to. This works so much better than trying to zip as close as possible to the hose then using zip ties to keep it from coming open more. The only problem I found is that when I want to close the window I still have to remove the hose because the panel is semi-hard and needs to bend to allow the window to close all the way. But I'd rather deal with that than the zipper and zip ties.So overall it's a major upgrade to this type of window a/c converter. Now if only someone could come up with something that didn't look like a plastic bag taped to the window and make tons of noise when the wind blows.

Wish it’s sturdier. Moved it from one window to another and the cloth part ripped. Keeps detaching from the wall. The AC hose is pretty heavy and it’s tugging on the cloth causing it to rip.
