I just recevied this last week and have use it once and I love it already. I am extremely satisfied with its quality. It has proven to be an excellent choice for my dance workout and stretching exercises, providing a pleasant sensation as I perspire. Moreover, I appreciate that it remains odor-free. As advised, the medium size fits me well, confirming the accuracy of the sizing recommendation.

This sauna suit is great. Order two sizes up if you have butt and thighs. Not a lot of stretch. Wear a tee shirt underneath the jacket. To get more wears before washing the jacket. The sweat is real.

I've owned sauna suits before, but this was perfect! doesn't take up space in the bag. After my workout I'm drenched! mostly the sweat you're feeling while wearing the jacket is water weight, but this is a big upgrade from my previous sauna suit. Only thing may be to be careful with the zipper but other than that it works for its primary intention.
