My son used this to stretch before a game or any athletic event. He has problems with his hips and the durability of the band helps him loosen up. Great product and was very inexpensive.

Great all around band not as good as the perform better.These are about 75% as good as the perform better brand bands but they cost 50% less so there’s a great value in these and for some odd reason the rubber on these seems durable

I have purchased 2 of these single black bands that are supposed to be "heavy." There are not even close to the black heavy band of the SKLZ 3-band set. It is equal the the yellow "light" band. Get the 3-band set and repurpose the 2 bands you don't need.

Exactly what I was looking for: not fabric, not too big, good resistance, wide band.
