I heard this speaker at wal-mart, and was blown away at the sound quality. Great speaker, yea it's close to $200 but I have a Sonos speaker that was $199 and this thing blows it out of the water. The Sonos is about a 1/3 of the size of the soundcore and the quality of the Sonos I don't think is really that great. Both soundcore and Sonos has an app that you can tweak the sound if you wish. Granted, the Sonos has more networking features in it, but the soundcore doesn't but sounds great. Soundcore has a feature that you can add a crap-ton (alot) of other soundcore speakers to one speaker. I want to say that you can total around 100 soundcore speakers together. It also has a 1/4 input in the back for a guitar or a mic, but only has 1 input. I have a cheap wireless Gemini mic that I plugged into it and let someone use it for a graveside service. I could hear everything really well and since the soundcore was portable, I didn't have to have it plugged into an electrical outlet.Sometimes you can catch a deal at Walmart or on Amazon for about $150, but it's worth the money in my opinion. It also has led lights that can do a few things with the music and you can control it with the app as well, but I don't use that feature.I now own 3 of these, I'm a believer in this particular model. Great product, worth the money.

Great product, build quality is good. Sound quality is also good. Get loud enough but still maintains quality of sound. Portability is also a good factor as it's not bulky. Definitely recommend.

I spent few days researching portable Bluetooth "party" speakers. I wanted one with a handle, was around 100w output and could be used for 15+ hours with out charge. Also budget friendly at >$300. This checks all of the boxes. The black Friday deal made it even easier. I have Anker ear buds that I was very impressed with so this was a product/brand I felt I could trust - as much as one can anyway. I have always been hesitant purchasing personal audio devices online, as you don't get to test it before receiving it.Fortunately this SoundCore Rave Party 2 has excellent sound. It's ideal for outdoor (yard or campsite) use as well as indoor (dressing room or around the house). I also plan to use it at work on construction sites. Three of my kids use this for warmups and pre-game tunes. No complaints about being quiet - quite the opposite typically.Battery life is impressive. It arrived at 50% and it's been used at high volume for 8+ hours and has not died yet. This includes a few hours in freezing temps. It's construction is very durable and robust. I haven't dropped it, but it's tolerated being thrown in the back of my truck, in hockey bags, and toppled in dressing rooms/hockey rinks. The cold also doesn't seem to deter performace. One minor complaint: there is no accurate battery life read out, even with the app.You can only go by a 4 bar display (Similar to the 4 lights on the top of the device).

The quality of the sound is not superb, but very close to JBL, but cosidering the price that you pay is not bad at all, there is some minor issue I incounter on pairing bluetooth, battery life is same as they mention, but when light and bass is ON expect fast drainage of battery. One thing I didnt like it, is how the pack the product. Overall is fine im happy with it.
