We sized up. This Tri suit did it's job for training purposes and our first Triathlon. It's not as great of quality as higher end/priced suits, but my husband and I were doing this for fun and aren't serious Triathletes. If you're just getting into the sport or need a training suit, this works great! A friend of mine gave me her suit to use, same brand but for women, and I absolutely loved it. The only issue with the men's suit, is that it doesn't leave much to the imagination down in the package area 😀 The material isn't thickly padded there, so after a swim....you get the idea. However, we would recommend for the price.

Lo compre para un Ironman 70.3 y la verdad estoy muy contento con el, la tela es muy resistente y queda a la perfeccion, esto hizo que en el evento me sintiera muy confortable. lo volveria comprar.

I've worn Sparx triathlon suits for quite some time now, and I absolutely love them! They're very affordable, and from what I've experienced they run true to size. I wear them primarily for races, or the occasional longer endurance ride. I recently completed Ironman Lake Placid in the short sleeve kit, so it can definitely handle any distance! (see pic above)They also come in some great colors/patterns/color schemes that will be sure to match anything you're looking forAll in all, 10/10 would recommend this brand if you're a triathlete
