Vierte los goteos de la sartén a través de la parte superior de la tapa profunda y extraíble. La tapa filtra las partículas no deseadas a medida que el líquido se vierte en la taza.
A medida que el líquido se enfría, los aceites y las grasas se separan de los jugos, formando una "corteza" de grasa y grasa por encima de los jugos.
Sujeta la taza sobre un tazón o sartén y luego aprieta el mango de agarre suave para liberar líquido rápida y fácilmente. Simplemente retira la tapa para desechar la grasa.

I absolutely love this separator.The traditional type that has a spout and pores near the bottom is awkward, messy and very difficult to really separate the grease.Inevitably, grease will over spill from the top.This one...I can't say enough.It separates the layers, doesn't leak snd super easy to clean.I wish I had purchased this sooner.Highly recommend !!

The box was so damaged and hanging open that it was clearly a return. Plus the actual product itself doesn’t function and appears broken. I imagine this is the reason the previous buyer returned it, but somehow it ended up getting sold to me.

Seems like a cheaply made product in terms of the trap door and machanism, but time will tell. I have always wanted one of these to collect jus when smoking wrapped brisket / dinosaur ribs, and turkey gravy. Overall I'm very happy with this product. Works as advertised, easy to use and clean, and I think it's decent value.

Many separators have a low-slung spout to pour out the good stuff - but it is clumsy and lets quite a lot of fat through. This one allows you to drip gravy out from the centre of the base of the separator which leave the fat sitting on the top. I keep giving mine to admiring friends and buying myself another- always this brand... better than the cuisinart one.
