I’m extremely disappointed. I received a used item with visible scratches all over it. To make things worse, it had mold and a horrible smell from leftover food particles. Clearly, a previously returned item was sent to me, and no effort was made to clean or inspect the product. I am definitely returning this product. It is completely unacceptable!

The grinder heating more and very noisy. It's taking more time to grind and heating much. i have a another brand wet grinder. comparitively this grinder taking double the time to grind. may be design flaw.

It’s been 3 months I guess. No problems. It’s grinders really good. All of a sudden I feelLike I became professional in cooking. The batter is so smooth and fluffy. Little bit difficult in cleaning but other wise very good product.
