Do not twist the lid once it's on. It's a press fit, so if you need to adjust the straw, remove the lid first.

This cup has been the best for keeping me hydrated after a major surgery. literally the only downside is they ship the straw coiled up inside the cup, and I haven't been able to fully straighten it out. This does make it a little harder to drink from if you've got a limited range of motion. Overall a fantastic cup.

Great for providing fluids to someone who is in bed. Measurements help to monitor fluid intake throughout the day. Would give the fifth star if it had a stopper to keep the straw from being pulled out from the top. Wide opening makes it easy to clean and add ice if desired. Would buy again.

It stays cool much longer than the regular hospital mugs but not as cold as I would like.Overall nice mug, nice color like the oz up and down on the sides. Comfortable grip handle.I would recommend this maybe I’m not using enough ice.
