This item is exactly as described! It gets hot very quickly and doesn’t scratch easily. I’ve used mine on many occasions for Korean BBQ and there’s absolutely no scratch!!!! It’s very easy to clean so no worries in that department. Worth every penny!

Worked exactly how we wanted it to. In the center of our table with a sterno stove. Food was delish and oh, so clean with the mandatory drip hole to drain the oils from the pork belly/bacon. One meal collected about two tablespoons. Excellent!

Used it for the first time this evening cooking up some Korean BBQ. I was a little skeptical about how it was said that I was easy to clean. With marinated Korean meat, the marinade can caramelize on surfaces when cooked and it’s a pain to clean. With this, it came off quite easily to my surprise. It’s also lightweight which is a plus too. My only complaint is the heat distribution. I noticed you get more heat from the edges or where the flame hits. The heat doesn’t transfer to center well. But for the price and all the other benefits, I still dig this.

I bought this stovetop korean bbq pan for the exact reason, korean bbq! It did not disappoint! The fuel for the portable stove ran for 4 1/2 hours (maybe 5) and I was able to get all of my marinated meat cooked while there was no burnt smoke like what you would get using a griddle. Yes, the sauces from the marinate will start to coat up parts of the pan but it's very easy to remove while cooking and as i mentioned before, even so, no smoke! The entire process took place in my livingroom and I had no worries of fanning any smoke. It was just so neutral throughout but also I had the heat on medium to medium low. Overall I love it and would recommend it!
