I am relatively tech savvy, but I was not able, despite hours of trying, to get it to work. I suspect that a professional coder / tech-guy could have figured it out, but if you are NOT a VERY savvy tech person, I would not recommend this product. It might work great, but by the time you hire a professional to take an hour to set it up, it is VERY expensive.I just found time and sat down to return it, and realized that while it is under a month since it was delivered - it is over a month since I ordered it, so I guess it is just going into the trash. :-)

Bought this to link up the office at the barn to the studio across the yard. It's about 300FT apart so after much researches, I decided on the Tenda O1-5G due to its supposedly simplicity and function. In reality, it is not the same at all! The setup instruction does not correspond to the actual setup/function in reality especially on the LED1/LED2 or how you tell it is linked up etc. After about 5 tries, I managed to get them linked up but still can't access the device on the other side (I connected a PoE camera as a test subject). Base on the diagram and impression by Tenda, I can simply plug the NVR or PoE camera into a switch and connect the Tenda O1-5G to the same switch as well. In reality, that is not the case! You will NEED a router or switch in order for it to work!

Ordered 6 of these so far, all of them worked great! Setting them up as a point to point link is super easy, just power them up beside each-other and they set themselves up! My only complaint is the lights on them blink and there is no way to turn them off. So far (and I hate to say this) these have been easier to set up and worked better than the ubiquiti devices I normally buy.

Es un producto complicado de configurar, el menu dentro del router es malo, al configurar el repetidor de señal para repetir un router normal y no dos antenas, simplemente no la repite, solo funciona con redes 5Gz muy mala compra
