Definitely definitely impressed with this item for the price everywhere else is 10 times more locally , got it the next day and my headlight turned on right away when I installed, fit perfect on my 2017 VW GTI

No luck on two purchases. I have a 2015 Audi S4 with just over 50 KM on it. My nice weather / summer fun car. The unit is pristine, yes I am one of those guys that likes his car shining in the garage.My drivers side headlight went out, bought new bulbs and alas not the problem (they are not cheap), turned out to be the ballast.I ordered this OEM replacement ballast in late May of 2024 (about 48,000 KM) and changed it out.Same problem happened in September of 2024 (same side). I thought that 4 months of use was not great but every so often you get a bad unit. So I ordered the ballast once again in September of 2024 and installed it at about 50,000 KM.Unfortunately on today's date November 27th it failed again.It appears the 1st failed unit was not an anomaly, so my quest is back on to find an OEM replacement that last longer then a few months.I have written a few reviews for Amazon and this is most likely my only negative review thus far.The packaging, shipping and product is very nice, I only wish the product itself had some longevity to it.Hope this is helpful.

I replaced the ballast and HID bulb for my 2013 VW CC and it worked perfectly

Bought this when the headlights on my 2015 Audi Q5 stopped working. Mechanic was trying to convince me to replace the whole headlight for like $4k! I looked online and found out it might just be this little control unit. I bought it and sure enough, it fixed my headlight problem!

El producto llegó en tiempo y bien empacado (en una caja genérica), la balastra cumple con su funcionamiento en un Audi A4 2013.

6 MONTH UPDATE: My concerns about the ballast's longevity proved to be legitimate. I'm semi-frequently getting an error popup on my dash that the headlight has a fault again. The ballast is clearly failing as it works most of the time, and stops erratically. It typically comes back on within a few minutes, but clearly it needs to be replaced again.Here's the kicker though: several local auto parts stores and even online retailers charge up to $150 for the actual OEM part. RockAuto is usually much cheaper with reputable parts, but they don't have it in stock. I'm forced with paying $150 at some other online retailer for an actual OEM part, or just buying another here for $29. I could buy 5 here and have a pile of spares to come in hopes that this one was just a fluke. Or if the replacement fails in another 6-8 months, I could have replacement ballasts for 2-3 years before needing to re-up. I think I'm stuck with just buying another here. Hopefully the replacement actually lasts, because 6 months is still pretty pathetic...ORIGINAL REVIEW: I bought this for a 2016 Audi A4 S-Line, where, after purchasing replacement HID bulbs here on Amazon, found that the bulbs hadn't burned burned out. A little internet research showed it was likely the ballast. Bought this instead of an OEM part due to the price difference. It installed simply, and works great. I am admittedly a little concerned about the longevity of this piece considering it is so cheaply foreign made, but I'll update the review if it goes out prematurely. It was purchased July 2022 for reference in case that review update is needed.

Se le cambió el balastro original que se fundió por este y está funcionando sin ningún problema, luces altas y bajas funcionando como deben. Instalados en un Audi A3 2009.
