I've owned many iPhones and many different cases including the Apple Branded Cases.... I purchased the Vena because my Apple Branded case broke on the first day (falling 2 feet off my couch)....I was pleasantly surprised with the Vena. It protects without being too large or bulky and doesn't impede the use of any features it's also been dropped may times and has protected my phone. Highly recommended

So, if you want the chunkiest, most resistant case to take out with you in order to protect your phone from drops and impacts this has to be up there!First of all, the phone drops into the main case very quickly and easily. It's a great fit. You then have a second piece, which clips over the back of the main case and serves as either extra protection, a kick stand, or belt clip. When you remove this second piece, you can still use the Magsafe, even through the thickness of the case.Once the case is on, I didn't have any problem using any of the buttons or typing or anything like that.I think the whole thing looks very military/workman like. It's probably not the kind of phone case that would look at home in a trendy coffee shop. It's also very bulky, but this is the trade off for all that added protection.So, overall, if you are looking for a really protective, sturdy, durable case, this is an excellent option. Just keep in mind it adds a good amount of bulk to your phone.

Third case I’ve tried from Amazon for my new 16 Pro Max, and this is the BEST!! I’m really impressed with the fit, as it’s nice and tight… very snug fit and doesn’t “lift” the edge of a tempered glass screen protector I had previously installed. I’m absolutely confident this case will protect my phone if I dropped it. The case is definitely more on the rugged side, but not a multiple piece case like the defender style I’ve used in the past. You just put your phone in it and go, no tricky top and bottom , then having to manipulate it into a rubber outer shell like the defender type rugged cases. But it does come with a holster with a belt clip that is very much on par with the defender type cases.The Magnet capability works perfectly, and I haven’t seen any difference in charge times to 100% full. The magnet is strong and it stays in place with the magnetic car mounts in my car as well. I also like the cover for the usb-c charge port since I normally use Magnet charger vs. plugging it in. I carry the phone in my pants or coat pocket which can have lint/dirt get into the charge port over time. Plus, the charging port cover really “snaps” into position, so it’s not cheap and barely stays in place like other cases I’ve used over the years on other phones.Absolutely the most Amazing value phone case I’ve ever purchased! I have ZERO complaints other than I wish I had purchased this case first instead of wasting money and time on the other 2. You won’t be disappointed!!
