I am delighted to have these units for art storage. I appreciated the clarity of assembly instructions, quality of hardware and tools provided. My collection will benefit from much-improved storage methods!

I'm surprised by negative reviews. I bought 2 of these. They are sturdy and exactly what I was looking for to store large prestretched canvases. One upright rod was difficult to screw in, but everything else went together easily. It's hex wrench assemby and very basic.I highly recommend these and would buy again if I need more storage.

Good art storage. However I ordered 3, and between 2 of them 3 dowel rods - 1 insert was loose and just spun inside, and 2 were cross threaded and couldn't be used. I glued the spinner, but 2 dowel rods were not usable. The one that was perfect is awesome.

I think your product is terrific. But, you need to consider making changes to your assembly directions. I found that the screws provided didn't go into the nuts embedded in the poles. The problem I think is that when you spray on the varnish finish, the thread on the nuts get a layer of varnish on them. I overcame this by cutting the Allen wrench you provided with a bolt cutter to make an Allen wrench drill bit. I was then able to use my electric drill to put the screws into the poles. But first, you need to "marry" the screw toe the pole without the pole being in place on the unit because the screws still don't go easily into to nut inside the pole. Once I put the screw into the nut and then backed it out, then I was able to use the drill with Allen wrench bit to assemble the poles into the unit. I think that if you change your instructions to include the use of an electric drill and include an Allen wrench drill bit, your customers will have a much easier time assembling the unit. The wheels went on just fine. The unit is great once it is put together. It was just a bit of a challenge figuring out how to overcome the screws not going into the nuts.
