I took a leap of faith and bought two of these and I am mostly satisfied. It is however a bit of a quirky device.The first thing you should know is it only displays Celsius temps on the screen and default app. I knew this going in though so it wasn't considered a problem. I was pleasantly surprised that, when I configured it into Google Home, it converted the setting to Fahrenheit.Second, it does not fit any standard cover plates. Since the legacy install was a poorly done DIY I found myself having to come up with my own DIY adaptation. This is still a work in process. There is some sort of a mounting plate included but I haven't been able to get it off the thermostat much less use it. My plan is to order Hubbell Bryant 2.48" hole cover plates and adapt them to fit the oversized original electrical box.The instructions are poorly written but can be understood with a little effort. I see one of the reviews says it only controls heat but the documentation and device terminals say otherwise. Since building cooling isn't on right now, I won't really know until spring.The thing is nice looking and fairly easy to read and seems to be of quality construction.

I've been looking for a smart thermostat for my condo's fan coil hvac for over a year. There's really nothing out there in the US market that doesn't cost over $200. My unit does heating and cooling and this worked perfectly. Installation was pretty easy, I just had to ignore the valve close outputs. There are definitely some compromises so it's not a 5 star:Unlike what's shown on the box the thermostat cannot only show the temperature in celsius.The backlight is very dim and it generally feels pretty cheap. Mine was scratched up so I'm pretty sure I was sent a used one.I used the tuya smart app instead of the one given in the instructions since tuya offers Google integration. Both apps also only show the temperature in Celsius, for the control screen at least. But in Google Home it shows the temperature in Fahrenheit so that's fine. Though in Google the mode control doesn't work.I only seem to have a low and medium fan setting instead of low medium and high but that might be because of the way I installed it.But for me this is fine since all I needed was a way to remotely control the thermostat and it does that perfectly

No funcionó para una refrigeración central a pesar de que ahí dice que si funciona.

This thermostat exactly fits my needs. Looks like it was designed not for North America, but it perfectly works from 110-120V AC power. The only problem was to mechanically fit it to the standard electrical box cover, which left from the old thermostat.

up/down buttons have no back light for the night use.
