Used these on my brand new Browning Max (6.5 creed, 26 inch) and works great. I prefer them over the P rail system. Yes they are weaver bases. Nice groups and stayed tight.

I put this on my X-Bolt and had no issues with accuracy a hundred yards out.

Just what I expected from Warne. They fit perfectly and are rock solid. I noted that of the 8 included screws, 4 were short and 4 were long. The included documentation said to use the short screws for the front base, which I did and had no troubles. The 2 bases are different lengths, so it was necessary to check them before final installation, but they were just right. They are matched up with 30 mm Warne rings to hold a Bushnell 6500 scope on a .25-06 rifle and work perfectly.
