I bought these to bake corn dogs. I added some Jiffy mix, then a frank, then more Jiffy mix. They baked up nicely and popped right out. Clean up was a cinch. As with any silicone baking form, I did have to use a cutting board to get the bread molds from the counter to the oven. Once the corn dogs had baked, though, I could just grab it by the corners (using mitts, of course).

I wanted something to bake corn dogs with, and this worked great. I sprayed the pan, added some batter, laid in 3/4 of a kosher hot dog, and added a little more batter. I baked 20 minutes, and they were great! 1.5 cup flour, .5 cup corn meal, 1Tb powder, 1/4 cup sugar, 6 TB melted butter, 2 eggs, 1 cup milk. Delicious! Corn pattern was cute too

Very nice mold , will be using for corn bread.Fairly thick silicone so should last quite well.Two sets so a good deal!!

Love these for baking my corn bread… do need to use a brush to clean them well each time though as they tend to hold on to mix in the “niblets” area… maybe this will improve as they are used more?

These worked very well, made some nice cornbread, both regular and gluten free. I had read about the "pinch test" and was glad to see these passed.
