I only gave this a 4 stars because at times I have bumped the end to have A wire come loose accidently. I have no complaints other then that. I am still using one of these but I thought it deserved a heads up.

The plug works good after I modified it. The issue, is that the spring tension on the positive plug in part has too much spring tension on it. I cut about 3/16's of on inch off of the small part of the spring, that contacts the fuse inside the unit. It is easy to take apart - screw off the cap on the positive end to gain access to the fuse, pull the spring out of the fuse holder with a needle nosed pliers, and cut off the small end. I then took 2 needle nose pliers to modify a small loop on the end, like the original. The unit now stays in the lighter plug, and exerts pressure on the positive point in the lighter plug, without pushing it out. Problem solved - and unit works good. My China should figure this out, before more are shipped

This item lasted about 4 months for me then the tip melted to the point where im unable to use it. Fuse fell out and the metal connecting tip is no where to be found.
